Jan 2025: Dynamic Art with Ms. Ashley

High school students explored the work of several artists including Kevin Cole, Frank Stella, and Wassily Kandinsky. We examined the use of line, shapes, and colors to create dynamic and expressive works of art. Students explored these concepts with a variety of materials (pencils, crayons, markers, and paint). We also used scissors and glue to create a final "mash-up" of two works of art. Students were then able to display their art and view the work of classmates.
