Dali Birds

Students enjoyed looking at the very unique long legged elephants of Salvador Dali. They created some long leg birds (some taller than others) using shapes cut from papers they painted with textured balls. They worked together in pairs to paint their textured papers in colors of their choice. Even long leg birds need a habitat…. So students created a jungle background with leaf rubbings and watercolor resist.
